Jay Gillespie
Jay Gillespie is a black collar, sixth degree black belt in taekwondo. He holds a bachelors in communications. He has taught martial arts for over 20 years. He started his martial arts career in taekwondo. He has trained in several other martial arts, including Brazilian jiujitsu, judo, jeet kune do, kick boxing, muay thai, krav maga, kali, weapons, and MMA.

Greg Lamar
Greg Lamar is a black collar, fourth degree black belt in taekwondo. He has practiced martial arts since 2004, and he started teaching in 2005. He also enjoys bowling and writing. Mr. Lamar was born with Tourette's Syndrome. Martial arts has helped him overcome it. Concerning martial arts, Mr. Lamar said, "I love taekwondo because it's challenging; there is always something new to learn and improve on. Not only that, the friends I've made and the experiences I've had are priceless." Mr. Lamar looks forward to passing down the art of taekwondo to the next generation.

Cindi Creech
Cindi Creech is a black collar, third degree black belt in taekwondo. She has practiced martial arts since 2006, and she started teaching in 2009. She enjoys teaching because it gives her the opportunity to empower others to achieve their own goals. Concerning teaching, Mrs. Creech said, "I love to see them light up after they reach a goal they set for themselves." Mrs. Creech also enjoys hiking, landscaping, and gardening. Mrs. Creech is dedicated to martial arts, and looks forward to encouraging you in your martial arts journey.

Tyler Rook
Tyler Rook is a red collar, third degree black belt in taekwondo. He has been practicing taekwondo since he was six years old. Mr. Rook started teaching martial arts in 2011. Mr. Rook also enjoys programing computers and flying. At fifteen, Mr. Rook graduated was accepted into Missouri State University, where he is pursuing a degree in computer science. Mr. Rook's is highly self-motivated, and he looks forward to teaching you how to defend yourself in any situation.
